I love, love, love eggplant in so many ways.Your shoes and socks and apron are just so cute - like something from a story book about a fairy tale kitchen.
I made soup today and that soup had 4 eggplants that we grew in the soup. They have been very happy in this heat and have given us about 4 a day for 7 weeks. I have cooked dishes and put them in the freezer and we are eating eggplant almost everyday.I have signed up today to foster a dog and see if that dog would be a good fit for us. The dog was due to be put to sleep today and now that dog is at the vets and maybe they will bring me her tomorrow. We will see. I'll keep you posted.Love your kitchen out-fit....xx, Fern

I love eggplants - should go out for Italian food one of these days. I live close to an Asian market with all sorts of Oriental eggplants and I often do it stir fried - or I make ratatouille - I do love my vegetables!
