i risked my life to get this pumpkin....the pumpkin patch looked abandoned...nobody there today..it was dark and empty and windy and SPOOKY...just an honesty box...but the really creepy part was a man sitting in a car in the middle of a vacant pumpkin patch... what's he doing there ???? i never took my eyes off of him...but i DID get the pumpkin !!!
this is by my kitchen door... i LOVE the old Halloween blow mold in the window...he looks so great at night...i got it at the Goodwill for 25 cents a couple of years ago...and that's a black spider hanging from my old rake....

Fall really gets the decorating juices flowing!! I love all your sweet decorations. I need to get my backside in gear and get my decorations up.
ReplyDeleteI love Halloween and fall but we don't really get much of either down in So Cal. I'm excited to head to the south next month and lots of orange leaves :)
ReplyDeleteDo you think it was a scarecrow in the car? That kind of activity makes me uneasy; I'd probably have given up on the pumpkin.
ReplyDeleteSo...glad Mr. Creepy didn't get you!!
ReplyDeleteYou're place is sure welcoming fall.I really love the green witch-who you didn't even mention. Is it because she wasn't visible to the human eye and only shows up on camera? Now that's a spooky thought!
It sure is looking like fall at your house! Love all of your decorations.:) Pumpkins are going to be scarce here because of the hurricane and flooding- so sad! :(

ReplyDeletethe perfect post for the first day of fall! You have some really cute things for the season! Oh my...scary man in the pumpkin patch!
ReplyDeleteLove that witch - so very cool! This makes me want to decorate for fall so bad! But, I feel that I need to wait until the temps stop reaching into the high 70s/80s. I need a good cool snap so I can plant some mums and bring out the decor.
ReplyDeleteI especially like the second picture. Weird about that guy. When I read your post title, I thought it meant you had fallen. Glad you didn't.
