I never thought the day would come, but it has. Tomorrow is April 20th and we are heading down to Los Angeles to go adopt Teddy. What a long 7 weeks this has been. I have been overwhelmed by the support and kind words from all of you. It was more than I could have ever imagined. And it has helped mend this broken heart more than you can know.I'll be taking lots of pictures and I can't wait to come HOME with Teddy and share the SPECIAL DAY with all of you, my dear, sweet friends.Sending My Love, Kary

ReplyDeleteKary, I only get to foster those dogs on distance, which means they still live at the shelter, but I financially support them for the kibble and veterinary care. I also give them extra TLC, but I give that to most of the dogs. My husband doesn't want a dog... I will consider changing him :) I am in touch with Petka's family and I get to visit her when I can. If it were up to me, I'd have them all home with me. I guess this is the second best thing...

I think you need to start a baby (puppy) book for him. You can put all his "first" pictures into it!

I wish I would have done that myself and I just recently saw one of those books...at Hallmark? Not sure, but you could make your very own personalized scrapbook!
